Rejected Software

In this section, I will list the software that has been suggested by users, but which I have decided not to add to the Ultimate Boot CD. Detailed reasons will be given.

Partition Logic: Can't find a way to run it from the UBCD. Neither memdisk, diskemu nor bcdw worked.

AVG Free: I am just not keen to include software that requires personal registration. However, if someone is able to get permission from AVG to include their virus scanner into the UBCD, that will be great.

D-Browse: I couldn't get it to run under FreeDOS, and the boot disk could only be created using MAKEBOOT.EXE from Win98/ME, which I don't have access to. Anyway, if the boot disk includes Win98/ME DOS, I will have to reject it too.
